Prof. S. Vasanthakumari, Vice Principal has completed B.Sc. (Nursing) from
Omayal Achi College of Nursing, Chennai during November 1997 and M.Sc. (Nursing)
- Pediatric Nursing Specialty from Omayal Achi College of Nursing, Chennai
during February 2005. Presently she is pursuing PhD in Nursing under National
consortium for Phd in Nursing, New Delhi registered in March 2010. She has
completed Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration and Supervision
from Annamalai University, Tamilnadu during May 2009 and Masters in Child Care &
Education from Alagappa University, Tamilnadu during December 2009. She is Life
member of TNAI, SOMI. She has 5 years & 6 month of academic work experience
after B.Sc (N) and 11 years of academic and administrative work experience after
M.Sc(N).She is Evaluator for Theory papers, question paper setter for theory
exams and Practical Examiner in Tamilnadu Dr MGR medical University, Annamalai
university, SRM University, Saveetha University ,Tamilnadu & RGUHS, Bangalore.
She is a Member in the panel of Inspector for Tamilnadu Nurses and Midwives
council & Tamilnadu Dr MGR Medical University Inspection .She is a Master
Trainer for HIV. She was a delegate and attended , presented Scientific papers
in State, National and International level Seminars, Workshops and Conferences
and Published Articles , Research abstracts in Indexed and Non-indexed Journals
, Souvenirs and Magazines .She has Organized Seminars, Workshops and Conferences
, Chaired and Co-chaired State National and International level conferences and
workshops . She is a Resource person in State level, National conferences,
